The platform initially offered a single, generic dashboard for all user personas — cloud engineers, developers, and managers and it lacked

There was no UX research carried previously to validate the dashboard’s relevance or effectiveness. As a result, users were under-informed, leading to frustration, lack of engagement, and inefficient decision-making , Results in High cost bills for their infrastructure
